Immediate danger
Get help from people who can respond.
This page is guidance, not a response channel. Start with emergency services.
Contact local emergency services now.
If someone is in immediate danger, leave this site and call your local emergency number. In the United States and Canada, that number is 911.
Then contact your operator.
The firm named on the contract is the party responsible for the engagement. Its number is on the booking in the app.
Do not wait for Tector.
Tector does not monitor engagements, dispatch people, or provide emergency response.
